Using Calibre, they’re much of a muchness. I’ve got a kobo, I mostly eRead on my phone.

I got stuck with COD6 because of that shit. It’s a boring game and it wasn’t cheap.

I liked 6v6, they should’ve made more tanks and healers.

I didn’t like role queue, sure it’s a strong team buildup but I don’t think it should’ve been forced. I really liked being able to flex between classes depending on what was needed. Sometimes five DPS and a healer will break through a point. Being a tank or healer with bad DPS makes an already limited role even worse.

Ow2 seems like they just trashed my game ($60aud) and added MTX.

I can’t get into marvel rivals, the time to kill seems too low, Overwatch was a bit more lethal.

And only 3gb.

It was the same with asbestos, there were correct handling procedures but they were skipped enough for people to still get sick from it. Better we don’t use it if we don’t need to.

We (srtaya) tried to introduce cutting standards as the silicosis is avoidable, but the cutting technique is more expensive so it got skipped for the cheaper dangerous methods.

Turns out ethical wages and materials cost money. I agree that older tech being more ethical as whatever ‘cost’ is may have was paid by the first owner.

There’s other phones with user replaceable batteries. I looked it up a month or so ago. They’re not as ethical as fairphone, but still better than my drawer of working phones with dead batteries.

Stuff like the Willow or Wheel of Time tv series, I just can’t get into them, they seem sooo dull that I pop off to sleep in under ten minutes.

It’s not enshittification, but there’s a bunch of crappy rss bots on lemmy reposting low quality content pulled from various feeds. I feel like they’ve been abandoned and left to run creating internet litter around this site. I’ve started blocking them because I’m not against bots as a concept, but poorly written or with bad sources they can get pretty tiring. One of the things I appreciate about diggs $5 account fee is that it’d hopefully limit the amount of trolls/spam on the site.

Helldivers 2 has rounds between 12-40 minutes, the longer rounds are often doable faster than 40 mins though. It’s pretty easy to join a game already running or lock it down as a solo mission. You can set the difficulty to adjust what you consider fun. I like playing on 4/10 because I find it laid back. It’s PvE with squads of up to 4.

I quit my last job partially because they kept on about xmas bonuses if the company did well, nah fucko, just pay me better. Don’t offer me shrodingers bonus.

That’s just like you’re opinion man. I’ve had heaps of fun with BF 3, 4, 5, & 2042. They’ve all still got online communities. 3/4/5 all have a good campaign and decent graphics for games that are usually on sale for a few bucks. 2042 is still getting event pass updates with skins, weapons and recently a new map.

I hope the target audience enjoyed it.

There’s aim trainer games to practice mouse speed and accuracy.

The Battlefield games are often on sale very cheap. 3, 4 & 5 with a good story line and small multiplayer communities.

Team Fortress Two is still very active.

Probably the best of the Far Cry’s, which to me otherwise mostly feel like the same game.
