And this is why I never considered buying one, because meta owns it. There was also the time they forced login with a meta or Facebook account or something, then they reverted that. But these kinds of things could happen at any point in time.

And a whole bunch of other shit.
Not dodge?
It’s probably also the original version, not the redux.
If I were to buy a switch 2, I might consider a rebuy at 20-40, but I’ve already beaten it and I ain’t pain 90$ lmao
Are you trying to convince me to inVEST in something?
I’m sorry, I’ll leave.
I’ve used their switches and access points extensively. Great stuff IMO. As someone else said, they’re similar to Cisco in syntax.
They also have all the high end features you’d need if you’re comparing to cicso and juniper.
Seems easy to do, just ask everyone to boot a new Linux install when they want to use some service.

Can’t wait for windows recall to leverage AI to automatically report you to police because of things you’ve done on your computer or some other dystopian shit.
I do not see a conflict of interest. 🙈
Got told the same thing about systems administration 20 years ago. I struggled in my initial years. It’s just an upsell to get more people paying for school.
If they released it about the same price, backwards compatible, maybe small fee to “upgrade” a switch game to the newer version, I might have been tempted. But seriously meh. I’m playing my physical copy backlog on my steam deck now lol
Ya not sure if I’ll ever get a switch 2. I played the living shit out of my switch 1. Easily was my favourite console… Until I got a steam deck. Instantly I have over 1,000 games purchased already and a hefty percentage of them playable.
…not to mention the switch games that are still sitting on my shelf that I just play on here instead.
This would work, if people wouldn’t buy them regardless. I have no doubt this console will be successful, but I’m not gonna kid myself and think nobody is going to buy it at that price.
I’ve been avoiding Ubisoft games for quite some time. And blizzard. And a handful of other studios because of these bullshit shenanigans.
This is the correct response.
Reach and sales are also drastically higher now, and distribution costs down due to digital games.
Ah yes. Just like “GCN” for Nintendo GameCube.
Another thing that irks me is Microsofts stupid decision to name a console “Xbox” then one later down the line “Xbox One”
Oh cool, you have an Xbox One? I still have an Xbox …1…?
Ya for personal use the whole libre office suite is way more than what I need. I think everyone should be using it unless they are in an office setting and have special cases like what you’ve mentioned.
Currently working through advanced wars 1+2 on my steam deck 😅
