Not every ambulance transport needs “diesel therapy”. Usually a smoother and easier ride works better.

There’s another style of “Diesel therapy”. On the ambulance when we need to get to the ER as quickly as possible. There are some times when we’re out of options in the back of the rig and the patient will only survive with a surgeon or other specific technique we can’t manage in the field.

And both are abuse.

I can understand the context is confusing.

I hate the fact that when I bring people to their Proton therapy, it is mostly children. Since I hate that kids get cancer, I hate that they need Proton therapy… No troll.

Hate the fact the kids have cancer in the first place. (Of course I empathize with adults, also) But, sick kids are a heart breaker.

It’s a cancer treatment. It totally sucks when kids have cancer.

As a side note … I personally hate “Proton” therapy. It serves a lot of children specifically. That, is truly awful!
