I looked at some of the leaked source code and my god the code smells are so rotten its like they had a dead horse in the back for a while and its developed a stank like an Eric Andre skit.

It increasingly looks like nobody would maintain this bundle of wax besides under-experienced juniors who threw themselves at it, and apparently after moot sold it, it was never touched. It runs on an extremely old version of FreeBSD and PHP.

The fact this happened now as opposed to any time in the past decade is, I have no words.

Its obvious going off the cinematic trailer that making this another fucking live service game was a mistake. Lots of neat visuals and implied narrative being wasted.

Question for the OP or anyone who uses OpenCloud: How does it size up in an enterprise? NextCloud has known capacity for corporate use with SSO, a desktop app, integrations…but it has all the pitfalls of PHP (granted I run it with Nginx/FastCGI and a lot of resources). The thing is, anything not PHP can be run for less overhead in terms of actual cloud costs, so I see a benefit to OpenCloud. But the features have to be there. I know a desktop app is coming soon, and thats just one of many needs.
