The peroxide didn’t work for me once the wax became impacted. Maybe if I had repeated it several times in the course of a day, but it was easier to just repeat the trip to the doctor to have them get it out. Losing your hearing absolutely sucks, and I didn’t want to delay getting it back.
It’s much, much quicker, simpler, and easier to reach into the ear canal and gently scrape out the wax. The few times I used any fluid, it was a tiresome affair, and it never really got out all of the wax that could start to build. You would have to do it every other day to prevent real buildup, and that would be a gigantic pain.
Plot twist: This guy’s a republican and it wasn’t him taking the test.
Q-tips suck at cleaning ear canals. All they do is push the damn ear wax further up inside, worsening my already bad tendency to get impacted wax in the first place. I can only imagine that people who use q-tips to clean have these cavernous canals that make family guy’s ear-sex joke actually possible.
It’s why I use those meant-for-glasses tiny screwdrivers.
I’ve made an exception once or twice for a logo that actually looks good. I think that is, considering how many pieces of clothing I’ve seen and not chosen, something like a one-in-a-million chance.

Maybe I’m just grumpy, but by the time the potatoes are finger-licking good, you’ll be quite unalive. Even if the potatoes were boiling first before you went in, you’re still going to have an impossible time not screaming and flailing as you suffer third degree burns in fractions of a second.

Aye, going into it now with the knowledge of where most stuff is has definitely taken some of the shine off. I’m currently playing it again though. It’s a bloody black hole that I can’t escape from long term.

I was with you until the Deep Rock Survivor, but good lord, that one is way better than halls of torment. While it’s not necessary, the ability to mine traps and hallways to escape is a sweet addition.
Aye, it’s all about what theme you’re exploring or mood that’s being set. We don’t have batman exploding into mist when he fights people who can lift planes/cruise ships with their bare hands, because that’s not the story being told. When the theme is about the consequences of powers, rather than the escapism and being good (the ‘super’ part of superman being his morals and convictions), we get the boys and their (gory) explosions.
Aye that’s part of what I was saying. Now, the argument could be made that if the octopus is smart enough to have the goal of moving through the tract, they could muscle open the sphincter. I haven’t ever tested an octopus against a sphincter. The controlled variable would have to be octopus size…
Off hand, I think the sphincter would win out until the octopus is too big to fit through without rupturing other areas.
I mean, some octopodes are pretty small. The real issue is them moving through the GI tract. They might be flexible enough, but propelling themselves forward consistently would be the real feat.
