There is video of this happening and unless thousands of people agreed to a flash mob style set up where they all pretended to get hit with a sound weapon then I would say the Serbian government is a lying liar that attacked their own citizens for demanding to be a priority.

Throw some porch and patio birdseed down there and you have full on cat TV. I throw it on my patio and my cats lay on their cat couch I put in front of the glass doors and they sit there for hours.
