What you are describing sounds like Wurstsalat. But usually it’s eaten with bread (dark stone oven bread is best because the bitterness matches the vinegar and onions) and the dressing is only vinegar and oil.
Local versions are “Schweizer Wurstsalat” (Swiss sausage salad) where you add cheese like Swiss or mild mountain cheese and “Lumpe’supp / Lumpensuppe’” (rag soup) which is made with blood sausage and very strong cheese like Romadur.
“Wow! Reden wir über Schneemaschinen” was the number one sentence to ground a very annoying colleague whenever he started to lose it :D

Are you using mouse only? On my controller I usually use both analog sticks to move and turn the screen at the same time which allows quick rotation if necessary. Same applies imho to mouse and keyboard. I use the mouse to turn the screen and wasd to turn my character which at least for me leads to the same result.

Desktop is my temp space. There are files with a very limited shelf live (logs I downloaded to search something, screenshots, …) so I have to clean them up on a regular base before my desktop becomes too crowded and I get annoyed.
Oooh, we had one of those as well. He was a present from the shelter because he was mean to the other cats and they had not enough room to give him a private space. He was a big, grey meany unless he was on a blanket which turned him immediately into a small kitten kneading and suckling like there’s no tomorrow.
He also meowed whenever someone had to sneeze. My mother sneezes whenever she’s done with eating so you can imagine the concert after every dinner :D
