Absolutely, but one is stable and the other is aiming to be all the bad parts only. Dont play authoritarian games unless you want to be compared to authoritarian leaders and for people to realise you are not even decent at that.

It sucks that people have to turn to China, but their role has been inevitable and position long standing whereas as continued support for America is tacit support for their decline - I would rather normalise relations with every country that isnt the US and Russia so they canget the fruits of their cunty actions.
