Legal Eagle has recently made a few videos where he explains how due process and laws were thrown out the window. Previously, it was just a ridiculous PR dumpster fire, but now it’s also a legal dumpster fire.

Looks like USA is spiraling towards some sort of dictatorship/anarchy/chaos/idunno. Some queer people are also giving the advice to go back in the closet before it’s too late, which is something I was not expecting to hear.

I wonder if some Americans could seek political asylum in Germany. You know, historical symmetry and all that?

Now I know how those villains feel when their plans fall apart due to grossly incompetent henchmen screwing everything up.

They thought of that. It has to be a video and you have to move your head around as if you’re setting up face ID. Not creepy at all. Then again, this is Meta we’re talking about, so it shouldn’t come as a surprise.

The person who taught me chess was constantly perplexed by my bizarre tactics. He found it refreshing and interesting. Obviously, I had no idea what I was doing, and I got nuked to oblivion on a regular basis. Maybe he was expecting to see some popular moves, but was only faced with whatever sketchy tactics I could come up with.

For a brief moment, I had a a FB/Instagram account for testing purposes. After about a week, Meta started asking to see my face on camera. Needless to say, that experiment hit a brick wall.

I was just following and liking stuff here and there. Didn’t even post anything, but apparently that was suspicious enough for Meta.

Seems to be an emotional/psychological thing. People end up in conspiracy circles for a variety of reasons, and stupidity isn’t the dominant one. Some psychologists speak of subclnical psychosis, paranoid ideation etc. if you have those kinds of symptoms, conspiratorial thinking begins to seem increasingly appealing.

Many crazy ideas seem to go hand in hand. If you’re into flat earth nonsense, there’s a pretty good chance you also oppose vaccines, drink colloidal silver and believe in intergalactic lizards.

LOL. Imagine seeing asbestos truthers coughing on their deathbed swearing that it’s completely harmless and that there’s a global conspiracy against it.

Ironically, managing multiple windows across several virtual desktops really sucks on Windows. That’s the number one issue I have with my work computer. Everything else is actually quite tolerable.

It’s time to try that new distro or window manager you keep seeing on YT all the tine.

On Nebula, the channel also gets a certain share of the revenue if you watch the video on that platform instead of on YT. Some channels actually publish their videos early on Nbula, while other channels make exclusive videos too. Either way, avoiding YT, and favoring other platforms benefits everyone.

If a page asks me to allow notifications, I just refuse without even thinking about it. If the site then forwards me to whatever it is I’m not looking for, I’ll just go back to the search results and skip a shady site like that. Jumping through hoops is a big red flag to me.

That’s also true for many other skills. If you’ve built a house, you’ll notice all the houses that were built with skill and patience. On the other hand, you’ll also notice poor quality as well. There will be things that are invisible to others, but you just can’t unsee them.
